What We Do
Business Diagnostics: We find root causes before prescribing solutions. Most consultants arrive with predetermined tools. We diagnose first, then determine whether you need technical systems, process changes, or just better conversations.
AI Implementation & Workflow Design: We build custom AI assistants and workflow automation that turn hours of manual work into minutes. Recent projects include an AI emergency management assistant that reduced case file preparation from 4 days to 30 minutes, and GPT workstations for brand strategists that cut documentation time by 70%.
Technical Architecture: We translate business problems into executable technical solutions. Using platforms like Make.com, custom AI assistants, and low-code tools. We architect the solution, determine what to build (or not build), and lead implementation.
Team Facilitation: We create the conditions where stuck teams get unstuck. Through facilitation and process design, we help organizations move from misalignment to clarity.
Why We Do This
We’ve never been good at work we don’t enjoy—and we’ve found that means doing work that’s meaningful.
From years in tech and product development, we learned that nothing we build matters unless it solves real human problems. Tech systems are only useful if they genuinely serve humans and create more joy and less stress.
We focus on helping queer and mission-oriented entrepreneurs succeed. Both to amplify the good they’re doing and so their voices can represent a larger share of the economy.
QueerTech and the Canadian Queer Chamber of Commerce showed us that business can be connection, not grind—and that our work can support community, help others, and stand with oppressed peoples.
Speaking

Mitch speaks on building work systems that genuinely serve humans—alignment, joy, and less stress. Recent talks:

Philosophy
“Root cause, not symptom.” Most technical problems aren’t actually technical problems—they’re business problems wearing a technical disguise.
“We don’t sell tools. We solve problems.” The solution might be automation, process redesign, or just clarity. We determine what’s needed before prescribing what to build.
“Get upstream.” Understand the larger system and solve the problem at the source.
“Don’t manage, nurture.” Most gardeners wouldn’t yell at a tomato plant for low output. They’d think about sunlight, water, soil conditions. As managers it’s all too easy to fall into the trap.
